Elise is the founder of the Orygen Breathwork™ Method, a breathwork and embodiment sanctuary devoted to returning women to the source of their power, presence and self-led leadership.
Her work bridges breath-led somatic intelligence, identity reprogramming, nervous system leadership and embodied facilitation, guiding women beyond surface-level transformation and into the capacity to hold real, life changing success' across all areas.
Orygen was created for the woman who knows her work is becoming bigger than the identity she has been living from.
